Many of today’s greatest technological advancements have one thing in common: a need to manage heat. Whether it’s controlling temperatures in cold storage or power electronics or avionics, heat transfer is critical to a wide range of applications that enable our modern lives. 3Mᵀᴹ Novecᵀᴹ Engineered Fluids balance the demand of thermal performance with worker safety and low environmental impact.
Outstanding thermal and low viscosity properties make the 3M Novec fluids range a reliable choice for use in equipment over a broad range of operating temperatures. Moreover, 3M Novec fluids are non-flammable and exhibit a favourable environmental profile with short atmospheric lifetime and very low global warming potential which places them outside of any current regulatory restriction or ban.
Thanks to these reliable and versatile properties, 3M Novec fluids are often used as working fluids for heat transfer in cold storage, freeze drying and other equipment in pharmaceuticals production.
The webinar will be held in English language and after the presentation there will be an interactive Q&A session.
      The presenters:
Catherine Sol, EMEA Product Marketer for Novec Fluids at 3M, holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has been working in the area of Fluoro Chemicals at 3M for eight years.

Dr. Petra Stegmaier, EMEA Application Engineering Specialist for Novec Fluids & Thermal Management Solutions at 3M is the co-presenter of the Webinar. Petra has a PhD in chemistry and three years of experience with 3M fluids.
